Thank you for choosing my photography services. My goal is to provide a relaxed, enjoyable experience while delivering beautiful images you'll love. The following terms help ensure everything runs smoothly for both of us.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once any required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due by the agreed date unless otherwise arranged.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, as they secure your booking date. In some circumstances, they may be transferred to a new date at my discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

If I need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

Weather

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. This decision will be made together, with your safety and the quality of your photos in mind.

During the Session

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time.

Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the session.

I reserve the right to end a session if anyone's safety is at risk or if abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks of session.

Images are delivered in high-resolution digital format unless otherwise agreed.

Raw (unedited) images are not included and will not be supplied.

Editing

My editing style is part of my creative process and is reflected in my portfolio. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this style.

Minor requests may be accommodated where reasonable, but extensive re-editing may incur an additional fee.

Copyright & Usage

Copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer.

You are welcome to share your images for personal use on social media and with family and friends. Please avoid applying filters or altering the images, and where possible, credit my photography page.



Model Release

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I may use selected images from your session for my portfolio, website, and social media.

If you would prefer your images remain private, please let me know before your session, and I will happily respect your wishes.

Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to deliver all images safely, unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, file corruption, or events beyond my control may occasionally occur. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography service.

I am not responsible for missed images due to lateness, uncooperative subjects, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside my control.
